Great fun, even for a group of 20 somethin's!Aug 14, 2010 I have always loved Jenga and this set is great. The new carrying case design is awesome, and the game is just as fun as I remember from when I was a kid. We even play truth or dare Jenga sometimes for a little added fun! Dont hesitate to go for this set, its a great deal at the amazon price.
Enjoy!
Cylindrical container for rectangular toyJul 14, 2010 Great game but the oversized storage container doesn't make sense unless you like to dump all the pieces of the game inside. It would make much more sense to have a box shape for the storage container so it could double as a means of aligning the tower at the beginning of the game. As other reviewers have pointed out it takes a while to get the game ready using the included flexible paper guide.
Grandma hits a homerun.Jul 01, 2010 I searched for an appropriate game for my seven-year-old grandson and this one is perfect. No batteries are needed and the game can require concentration, but hooping and hollaring are allowed! Jenga can be enjoyed by all the members of the family. Who said playing with blocks was only for toddlers?

Could you possibly come up with worse packaging?Apr 25, 2010 Jenga is a great game, but the packaging of this version of the game is awful. Not only is it much bulkier than it needs to be, but the stacking sleeve is so bad I might as well say it doesn't have one. Get a different version of the game if you can.

Excellent, fun, and skill-building game for the entire familyApr 23, 2010 My husband and I make it a point to play one game with our five-year-old every evening (as an incentive after she completes her chores and/or homework) and Jenga is one of the most frequently requested games. We love this version that comes with a handy, sturdy and attractive canister which can be used as a storage device for the wooden pieces. The one flaw with this version is the piece of cardboard that comes with the set which serves as the stacking support - I'm not quite sure how long it will hold up over a long period of time (we've only had it for a couple of weeks). Other than that, this is a great game! Our 5-year-old feels challenged but this only motivates her to problem-solve as she works on removing the blocks, and the fun factor keeps all three of us entertained (which is a big deal especially after having to put up with other kid-exclusive games). Highly recommended!
